Detoxify: Symptoms of a Toxic Body (Part 4)

The following list of symptoms can indicate toxicity in the body. Do any of these look familiar?

  • Allergies
  • Bloating/gas
  • Out of the ordinary body odor
  • Chills or fever
  • Constipation
  • Coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breathe
  • Depression
  • Digestive disorders (IBS, acid reflux, diverticulosis, diverticulitis)
  • Dizziness or vertigo
  • Eye, ear, nose, or throat irritation
  • Hair loss
  • Headache
  • Heartburn/indigestion
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Mental confusion
  • Nausea
  • Skin rashes or problems – psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, acne
  • Weakness, lethargy, fatigue, or lack of energy.

Suffering from any or several of these symptoms does not mean that toxins are present. Rather, toxicity may be at the root of some (or all) of the symptoms. Should following one (or several) of the suggestions in this book occur in the symptom disappearing, it is probably safe to assume there was some level of toxicity at play.
